Maurice A. Morris, GM, TheLavishStore.com- Editor, LAVISH MagaLog of Luxury.
Launching the LAVISH state of mindset as early as 1995 with an introduction in the horticulture field as a Landscape Designer-Master Gardener for Lavish Luxury Landscaping and Designs. Building extensive water gardens in many backyards in the Michigan region. I always wanted to be different from the competition, meaning if they go right, i'm going left when it came to design's and business strategies. I introduced, designed and installed the first remote controlled waterfall and fountain features for the home owner in 1997. Soon, I was off and running, providing designs for commercial and residential clients.
1999- I launched Lavish Luxury Landwear, a registered trademark. Designing garments for many superstar celebs; Ginuwine, Dave Hollister, Shaggy, Mary J. Blige, Carl Thomas and many more. Manufacturing in Mumbai, India for 6 years unitl the financial crash in 2004. Since, I have yet to yield to any slope, downfall, recession or crash. i still carry the "persistant torch" til this very day, to keep moving to the next luxury step for success.
2004- Along with Bart Dijkman, of Flymode.com launched Detroit's 1st helicopter company. I just didnt want to be known or just offer one service for those that demand more. So I launched TheLavishStore.com, 2008. A full LAVISH store for luxury enthusiast worldwide. Jet Charter, Helcopter Tours, Exotic Car Rentals, Personal Services; Hire The Paparazzi, The Hydro Assistant, Your Name in Lights and now a full LAVISH MagaLog, a handheld Magazine-Catalog for those to browse and expose companies that offer superior service and hospitality along with "Kelly Reports", CBS8, San Diego News Anchor-Reporter Kelly A. Jones and Business Manager, Cedric Cain of Atlanta. We welcome you! We hope you can enjoy our services or happen to admire our handheld collector's item "LAVISH" The MagaLog of Luxury.
Cheers!
Kelly A. Jones, Senior News Anchor, Reporter- Editor, LAVISH MagaLog of Luxury.
"Being welcomed into your home is an absolute honor!"
At the ripe old age of eight, News 8 reporter Kelly Jones declared that she wanted to be on TV and deliver the news.
True to her word, this Michigan native went from the bitter cold to the warmest of temperatures when she began her broadcasting career in Yuma, Arizona. Kelly was the morning and noon anchor at KYMA-TV. From news to weather to her favorite - sports, Kelly helped jump start the day of those within the Arizona and California community. Kelly also found time to anchor a nightly entertainment segment on radio station KLJZ FM/Z93.
Kelly bid farewell to Yuma when she accepted a main anchor position at KSVI/KHMT in Billings, Montana for the 6, 9 and 10pm award-winning newscasts. Kelly also delivered the viewer favorite "Does it Work?" segments each week, testing consumer products.
Following Montana, Kelly spent the next three years as an American Diplomat in Tirana, Albania and Brussels, Belgium. It was in Belgium where Kelly was tapped to be the Brussels Weekly newsletter editor. This publication is prepared for Embassy, U.S. Mission to the European Union and U.S. NATO employees, family members and expatriates throughout Belgium and the world.
The former Jet Beauty appreciated the immense exposure and opportunities she has been a part of; from interviewing some of the most notable world leaders, entertainers and even being nominated for an Emmy!
A graduate of Wayne State University, Kelly is an avid athlete and enjoys bowling, golfing, playing basketball and watching football. She also devotes part of her free time to volunteering in and around the San Diego community.
